A visionary artist creates works that transcend the physical world, shaping imagery that conveys dreams, memories, the spiritual, and mystical, and making the unseen visible. Angelica Sotiriou, Jeffrey Sklan, Claudia Kazachinsky each explore new ways of seeing: whether reconceptualizing a single flower into a burst of chromatic color, creating warm and dreamy transportive landscapes, or by shaping lush, transcendent abstract images that speak to the divine in nature and every living being.
Angelica Sotiriou
A passionate artist, Sotiriou’s contemplative, narrative abstract paintings are both poetic and profound, focused on an ethereal vision and the power and love embodied in the human spirit. Her process melds mind, heart, and the artist’s hand in lush and light filled beauty. From towering trees to the magic of light, she captures the soul.
Jeffrey Sklan
As a photographic artist, Sklan places his every subject in the most flattering light, whether a person or a peony, while still reveling in the truths he finds in the shadows. His work evokes deep emotional responses in the viewer, presenting elegiac, haunting images as well as those riven with bold color and a fierce life force that sings of hope, happiness, and beauty.
Claudia Kazachinsky
Recording her life, her travels, and the landscapes she wanders literally and in imagination, Kazachinsky’s unique vision is highly attuned to an exploration of the world, its intimate wonders, and the glory of its palette, providing a joyous, sensorial, immersive experience of flora and fauna.
